The Context of Strategy:
The authoritative/organizational setting, or context, in which the system is created, will affect the development and execution of the business procedures. For instance:
- Large multi-nationals face difficulties identifying with structure, modern relations, coordination, and asset assignment;
- The small and medium measured businesses will in general face difficulties with an absence of assets, solid rivalry, and trouble in getting to capital;
- Not-for-benefit and public area associations are all the more intensely affected by legislative issues, philosophy, and numerous persuasive partner gatherings.
